About
Hi, I’m Kaitlyn.
I’ve been a storyteller for as long as I can remember — my first camera was a Barbie camera I got at age 5, and I’ve been chasing light, moments, and stories ever since. Photography is more than a craft for me; it’s a way to connect with people, capture meaningful moments, and help families, small businesses, and community organizations share their stories.
Alongside photography, I’ve spent over a decade working as a registered dietitian and communications professional, supporting families, birth workers, and equity-focused organizations. My work combines creativity, strategy, and care — whether I’m behind the camera, helping a birth worker manage their business behind the scenes, or guiding an organization in telling its story intentionally.
I’m passionate about work that centers connection, clarity, and community. It is my hope to bring warmth, thoughtfulness, and intentionality to everything I do — and I love helping people and organizations feel supported as they share their stories and do meaningful work.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me running, traveling with my family, chasing my two boys around, or experimenting with a creative project just for fun.
My Approach
My approach is rooted in care, collaboration, and intention.
I believe the best work happens when people feel comfortable, supported, and understood. Whether we’re working together on a photography session, behind-the-scenes business support, or communications strategy, I focus on listening first and tailoring the work to what you actually need.
I’m especially passionate about supporting families, birthworkers, and organizations doing equity-focused work — people whose work centers care, community, and real impact.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to bring clarity, creativity, and thoughtful support to the work that matters most to you.
